Here at Rodbuilders Depot's website, you will find quality service and products at a great price.

Each order placed is followed up with a confirmation e-mail, informing your order status and tracking number (if available) when shipped.      

In stock products are usually shipped the next legal work day after          payment is received.        

We use United Parcel Service, Fed Ex, or United States Postal Service.

A refund, or exchange, less all shipping costs, within a period of 15 days after receiving your order if not satisfied.     

       Note: Books, Videos and software sales are final, unless defective.

We do not warranty any blanks, thread or components unless stated,

         after our 15 day refund/exchange period.   Please contact the    

         manufacturer for warranty information.

Sorry, USA orders only. Any orders not from the United States will be cancelled.

	If you prefer to pay by Personal check, Money orders or Cashiers checks, Email your order to us and we will provide you the mailing address and phone number. Please include item #'s, quantity, and your home address (to calculate shipping), and payment method.

Discontinued products are on a first come first serve basis.

        --if a discontinued product is out of stock, we will refund your payment, or  issue you a store credit.
